Star Codes
Voicemail
| *86 | Check your voicemail |
| *86 + ext | Leave a voicemail for a specific extension (e.g. *8621) |
Call Management
| *69 | Call return — redial the last person who called you |
| *72 + number | Forward calls to another number (e.g. *726015551234) |
| *72 + any digit | Cancel call forwarding |
| *87 | Toggle skip-to-voicemail — all calls go straight to VM |
Call Pickup & Parking
| *4 | Pick up any ringing extension |
| *4 + ext | Pick up a specific ringing extension (e.g. *421) |
| *9 | Park the current call (announces slot number) |
| *9 + slot | Pick up a parked call from a slot (e.g. *91) |
Queue
| *77 | Join or leave your call queue |
Conference
| *50 | Conference Room 1 — Admin (can mute/kick) |
